Return Policy & How to Process a Return

We guarantee total customer satisfaction with the items that you purchase at If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging including tags.

Customer may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st of the New Year.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.

Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Do you offer replacements and exchanges?

Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

How do I return merchandise purchased after May 31, 2016?

Start a return now, or click on Easy Product Returns and follow prompts. You will receive an email that contains your return authorization with instructions on how to return your item(s) and get your refund. Once you have clicked on the item(s), your estimated refund and the return code will be displayed. You will confirm return & refund. Your tracking number will display and you will be able to download your shipping label. Take your package to any USPS location.

I tried to click on the Easy Product Returns button, but I didn't see the items I want to return. How do I initiate the returns for those items?

What will it cost me to return my order?

You have two options to make a return.

  • Option 1 - Use our convenient, prepaid label, and $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges will not be deducted if you are returning damaged, defective products or if an item shipped to you incorrectly.
  • Option 2 - Use delivery method of your choice. You will not be reimbursed for shipping charges. Please send the item to the address below with a copy of the packing slip. Please keep record of your tracking # when shipping package. Returns Express
