Curvation – Sensual & Liveable

CURVACEOUS OSCAR

amy adams

Hope everyone caught the 80th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday night. For a show that was almost a no-show, it ended up being a pretty great show -- all things considered. Not the least of which was I'm sure record-time to pull it all together...I mean, it hasn't been very long since the writers' strike was resolved. So bravo to the show!

But...truth be told, for me, the Academy Awards is not about the nominees and the winners, or the writing, the jokes and the film clips...it's about the dresses! Of course! :)

And there were some beautiful ones...a show rich with style and elegance. No one seemed overdone or underdone, but in true Goldilocks fashion, they were all "just right". I did notice a lot of strapless gowns though... I thought more this year than ever. Clearly a look to look out for in the stores this Spring.

And I just happened to notice that HosieryStreet.com is having a massive "super sale" on Curvation intimates -- the fab Stay Up Strapless bra and a Stay Up Midriff Minimizer. Both perfect under-there wear for strapless gowns.

Some of my favorites....from left to right (and from light to darker hues) Keisha Whitaker, Renee Zellweger, Laura Linney and Diane Lane...these are the perfect styles to show off a curvy silhouette.

And there's more to adore, like Katherine Heigle's stunning drop-dead red number....soooo glam!!

Happy viewing!
